Giving

This year’s dates of service will be September 14-18 for Elementary students and May 10-13 for MS/HS students. S.W.A.T. is a time for our students to go into the community and show God’s love by doing various service projects.  

Each year, we have t-shirts designed for our students to wear identifying them as students of Excel and as a way to promote our school. We do not charge our students for these shirts, but instead ask for donations from businesses, families, and churches to help our students receive this awesome gift. Please help Excel’s students by donating or asking for donations for their t-shirts. The names of businesses, churches, and families who donate will be printed on the back of our shirts (What a great way to advertise!). Remember that all donations are tax deductible.

The Annual Fund benefits the current year operating budget allowing the Excel administration team to pursue projects and initiatives that support the school’s mission.

100% of the gifts to the annual fund support Excel and allow the enhancement of:

• Tuition assistance. We firmly believe in the mission of bringing a Christian education to anyone who seeks it.
• Facilities improvements.
• Academic and mission based programming.
• Faculty support.

We believe that no student should be denied access to a Christian education because of barriers that might stand in their way. We aim to provide as many avenues for scholarship and tuition assistance as possible and are able to do this through gifts to scholarship funds like the Jami Davis Memorial Scholarship Fund.
