Kindergarten
At Excel Christian School, Kindergarten students experience a program that sets the foundation for spiritual, moral, relational and academic growth. With a blend of play and structured learning, students are instructed in literacy, numeracy, social-emotional growth and physical skills. 1st Through 5th Grade
As students transition from Kindergarten to 1st grade and beyond, they continue to experience a nurturing environment focused on spiritual and academic foundations. The curriculum emphasizes Phonics, Handwriting, Basic Math, and Bible studies that encourage knowing God personally. Learning is hands-on with small classes ensuring individual attention. This foundation prepares students well for transitioning into the middle school years.
6th Grade
Engaging in our newly implemented hybrid program, students in 6th grade are still part of the elementary division while being actively prepared for Middle School. By using lockers, learning from more than one core teacher and moving between classrooms, we prepare students to thrive spiritually, socially and academically when they transition to the middle school in 7th grade.
