Excel’s Preschool & Pre-K Goals:

Extended Care Information
Extended Care for the Pre-K Program (separate from the K-6 program) for 2025-2026
Before Care 7:00-8:30 AM
$50 per week to be paid on the Friday prior to the week of care
$10 per day drop in, due the day of drop in when the child is dropped off
After Care 3:15-6:00 PM
$75 per week to be paid on the Friday prior to the week of care
$15 per day drop in, due the day of drop in when the child is picked up
Before and After Care
$100 per week to be paid on the Friday prior to the week of care
$20 per day drop in, due the day of drop in when the child is picked up
Monthly Flat Rate
$400 due by the first of each month
Extended Care payment is due on the Friday prior to the week of care, no discounts will be given for missed days or in cases when the child is not in Extended Care. If Extended Care is not paid, the child cannot utilize before or aftercare until it is paid in full. If a child is picked up after 6:00 PM, an additional $1 per minute is to be paid the day of tardiness. There will be no before care on delayed start days.
