We are always looking for leaders to volunteer their time.  All volunteers will undergo proper training for their particular position, will complete a background check, and be approved by Excel.  We highly emphasize parent involvement, which is necessary in Kinder and 1st, but not required for 2nd and beyond.  However, the more the families are involved, the more the boys will be able to get out of the program.
